 Well not really…just really tired. My class finished at 8 today. I took a new course this semester, it’s called Introduction to Islam. And mashAllah it seems to be really good. The prof started with a poem written by Rumi, it seemed like a weird poem, but the prof was able to make people think deeper…And “just click it ” was fun, lol dena is probably the only one that would get that..

Anyway, Allhumdulilah I had a long call with my husband today. There are some days that are just so hard without him, but sometimes subhanAllah it feels that Allah has put so much barakah in our calls that we don’t even feel like we’re apart allhumdulilah. We still joke, laugh, cry and yes fight too lol.

I’m gonna go, I just felt like updating it…

Asalamu Alaikum

Sometimes you’re so down you think you can never make it through. You think you’re just not cut-out for it. That you were meant to lose. And when such thoughts come into your mind, you really have a hard time moving on. When you just feel like giving up. But I noticed something, when I do give up temporarly, I don’t really notice any difference in my life, except that my heart is restless and there’s no peace in it. So I realize whether you give up or not, it doesn’t change the circumstances in your life. Whatever is going wrong, will go wrong until Allah SubhanAllah wa ta’ala wills it so. The only difference is that you are at peace with yourself and with Allah as long as you continue steadfast on His deen.

Chapter 65 - Surah At-Talaq

2. …And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty).

3. And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things.”

SubhanAllah! What more do we want? Allah will make a way for us no matter how difficult our difficulties are AS long as we keep our duty to him. Honestly, it doesn’t help to walk away from the deen of Allah. You will be a loser. You will lose the pleasure of Your lord and will lose your Akhirah (which is eternal)…then who can be a greater loser than you?Wake up. Before Allah takes your soul. Pray now, don’t delay. Feed the orphans, perfect your character NOW, not later. Because whether you submit or not, Allah will force you to submit to His commands once your soul leaves your body. And after that, they will be no second chances…so do it now, you never know when you will breathe your last breath.

Turn to your Lord, for He is the only one who can help you.

Eh..I thought I could do without a blog, I guess not. I’ve always had a blog and I usually felt better expressing myself. Actually when my husband and sister were with me, I never updated my blog and it was because both of them were the ones I used to turn to when I wanted to rant. But now it’s different. I can’t really turn to a person and just talk about random stuff, and even if there are people, it just doesn’t feel the same. But with a blog, I can talk about whatever I want, and if people don’t wanna read it, It’s okay, cuz at least I got it out. I tried at home, writing to myself and for some reason it didn’t. So anyway….I’m back. For now.

By the way, belated Eid Mubarak to everyone. I hope Allah subhanAllah wa ta’ala eases the difficulties of all the muslims Ameen. And just a note to see the other entries, you have to email me muslimpad@hotmail.com
